How do you see Sabah now?

Sabah has a rich and diverse food culture and unique cuisine, and yet our cuisine is not properly appreciated and preserved by the new generation.

What is the way forward for Sabah?

For us to encourage for the new generation to learn to appreciate our local and traditional cuisine, the Government should start programs such as:
– introducing a local cuisine syllabus at the school or the culinary school.
– organising a local food competition at the state level.
– proper marketing and raising awareness for our local traditional food to locals or foreigners.
